Mwamba Rugby will be hosted to a thanksgiving service and luncheon at CITAM Church in Buru Buru, Nairobi.
The service that will take place on Sunday April 30th, 2017 will have Mwamba Rugby players, both men and ladies, introduced to the congregation and prayed for by the church’s pastors. A luncheon will then be held in the team’s honour.
“We are delighted to be part of CITAM Buruburu programme and we’re looking for mentorship and discipleship opportunities that the church and it’s leadership will offer to our playing and technical units,” Club Treasurer Anthony Karanja said.
The service will also be used as a thanksgiving service where the club will gather together to honour God for a fantastic run for all the teams this season.
The teams are currently preparing for Enterprise Cup and Mwamba II tournaments that kick off on May 6th, 2017.
