Kabeberi 7s To Anchor National Sevens Circuit
Mwamba RFC’s Kabeberi Sevens will be the final leg of this year’s National Sevens Circuit according to the dates released by Kenya Rugby Union.
Nairobi’s RFUEA Grounds hosts the opening round, the Christie Sevens on 1-2 August with Kisumu’s Dala Sevens hosting round two on 8-9 August.
Teams will break on 15-16 August before heading to Mombasa for the Driftwood Sevens on 22-23 August. The inaugural KRU U-19 Sevens tournament will be played on this weekend.
Nakuru plays host to the Prinsloo Sevens on 29-30 August with the curtains falling on the series in Nairobi on 5-6 September when the George Mwangi Kabeberi Memorial Sevens takes place at the Railway Club
KCB are the reigning National Sevens Series Champions.
