Kenya Cup is back and here’s your Kulabu for the weekend

Kenya Cup resumes this weekend after a weekend of first  round of Enterprise Cup matches and Stanbic Mwamba will host Blak Blad at RFUEA Grounds on Saturday at 2.00pm.

Head coach Kevin Wambua has been away with the national sevens team in Australia and in his absence, assistant coaches Dr James Ondiege and Tito Oduk have been preparing the team for this encounter.

The coaches named the squad on Thursday evening with minimal changes.  Kevin Kerore starts at hooker in place of Salaton Muturi who misses this weekend with personal commitments. Hussein Yahya slots in on the blindside flanker in place of recuperating Louis Kisia. Stephen Wangondu will partner Steve Sikuta in the locks.

In the back line, Tonny Omondi returns to his preferred position of  fly half with Brad Owako  getting the number 12 jersey from Felix Otieno who drops to the bench. Horace Owiti  starts on the blind wing as Joel Inzuga switches to open wing. Anthony Mbugua starts his first game of the season at full back.
