Mwamba Rugby Club has launched a mentorship programme aimed at assisting their players in career guidance and growth.
The programme will see the club management receive application from active players, both ladies and gents, and then in turn link them with career mentors and help them develop their professional and vocational skills.
“We want to help our players develop off the pitch. We shall receive their documents and link them with potential mentors within our networks,” club’s honorary treasurer Anthony Karanja told MwambaRugby.Com.
Former players, popularly referred to as Mwamba Generals, will be involved in this new project that is already underway.
