TEAM NEWS: Changes ahead of epic Quins clash
Mwamba RFC head coach Kevin Wambua has made seven changes to the team that will take on Kenya Harlequin in a Kenya Cup match set for RFUEA Grounds on Saturday afternoon.
Brian Wanyanja comes in at tighthead for Brian “Wakili”Otieno wwith George Ochieng starting at openside flanker for uninvolved David Watts Oluoch. Ronnie Omondi and Brian Mwangi will partner at halfbacks taking over from George Mutuku and Lavin Asego pairing.
In the midfield, Marcus Mureithi comes in for the injured Brad Owako as Joe Machine Otieno starts on the open wing ahead of Hyke Otieno. Humphrey Kayange will be at the base of the scrum in place of the injured Ediwn Machanje.
Eugene Sudi and Salaton Muturi retain their places the same as the second row pairing of Paul Wahome and Steve Sikuta. Greg Odhiambo goes back to the blind wing and Michael Agevi retains his number 15 jersey.
On the bench, Wambua named debutante Chris Asira, John Mkala, James Yuko and Brian Wakili Otieno. The others are Ken Handas and Mike Otieno.
