TEAM NEWS: Stanbic Mwamba squad travelling to Nakuru

Stanbic Mwamba squad that will do battle against Nakuru RFC in a Kenya Cup tie on Saturday at Nakuru Athletics Club has been announced.

Norman Nandabi has been rewarded for his exemplary performance in Eric Shirley Shield  campaign and has been promoted to Kenya Cup, but will start from the bench. The other inclusion is lock Stephen Wangondu who missed last weekend’s game with personal commitments.

Eugene Sudi is back and takes the place of Jonah Mbari at tighthead with Salaton Muturi continuing his hooking duties. Deus Mudaki maintains his number three jersey in Nakuru.

In the locks, Wangondu partners an impressive Steve Sikuta as George Omolla returns as blindside flanker alongside Collins Injera and Tony Owuor.

In the backs, Elvis Namusasi is back but will pull on the number 15 jumper instead of his preferred number 10. Martin Oyugi and Brian Mwangi are the half backs as Billy Odhiambo and Horace Otieno look to launch midfield attacks. Joel Inzuga and Felix Otieno complete the backline.
