Two new faces named ahead of Nondies match

Martin Oyugi will make his full Kenya Cup debut when Stanbic Mwamba hosts Nondies RFC in a Kenya Cup match to be played at Railway Club on Saturday afternoon.

He will be joined by tighthead Deus Mundaki who will taste his first ever Kenya Cup action against the White Shirts. Oyugi played for ten minutes last week in Kisii. He will take over the number nine shirt from the injured Kevin Atandi and will be deputised by veteran George Mutuku. Deus comes in for James Yuko.

The other changes see Paul Wahome and Stephen Wang’ondu take over from Chris Asira and Ken Handas in the second row. In the backrow, Louis Kisia trades places with Humphrey Kayange as the latter drops to the substitutes bench.

Lavin Asego reclaims his number 10 jersey from Brian Mwangi while Brad Owako comes back to the side after a two week absence. Owako will partner Felix Otieno in the midfield as Greg Odhiambo is pushed to the open wing. Alex Aturo remains at the blind wing with Daniel Taabu retaining the full back duties.

On the substitutes bench, Jonah Mbari, John Mkala, Yuko and Horace Alila will be hoping to join the action later on in the match. They are joined by Patrick Ruhiu, Anthony Mbugua, Mutuku and Kisia.
