Kayange leads Kenya Cup scorers charts
Veteran Humphrey Kayange is a joint leader on Kenya Cup try scorers chart with nine tries after 12 matches.
The indefatigable backrow is tied at the top with Homeboyz’s winger Collins Shikoli while KCB RFC’s duo of Darwin Mukidza and Davis Chenge are joint second with eight tries each. Mwamba and national sevens utility back Collins Injera is third seven tries alongside Kenya Harlequins’ Pius Shiundu.
Kulabu’s young fullback Bridgen Sande is joint fourth with six tries. Other players on six tries are Duncan Ekasi (Impala) George Odongo (Nakuru), Ginton Adongo (Quins) and Kabras’ Felix Ayange.
The other Mwamba players featuring in top try’s scorer’s charts are Greg Odhiambo on five tries and Marcus Mureithi with four tries.
