Is re-entry allowed with my ticket?
No, we do not allow readmission. If you choose to leave, you will need to buy another ticket to come back in.
What does my tailgate ticket include, and can I bring extra guests or leave and return?
Your tailgate ticket admits 5 people and allows you to bring your own refreshments, grills and camping seats. You can bring extra guests for KSh 2,000 each, but their tickets must be purchased directly through the tailgate spot owner. Tailgate ticket holders are permitted to leave the venue and re-enter.
How do I receive my tickets?
After purchase, tickets will be sent to your email address. You can print them or show the QR code on your phone at the entrance.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, tickets are transferable. Simply forward the ticket email to the new attendee. Their name does not need to match the original purchaser.
What is your refund policy?
Tickets can be refunded up to 14 days before the event. After that, refunds are not available, but tickets can still be transferred to another person.
What amenities are included with VIP tickets?
VIP tickets include premium seating, access to the VIP lounge with complimentary refreshments, private restrooms, and an event program. The 3-day VIP pass also includes merchandise and meet & greet opportunities.
